Made to order, shipped with care, and honest about how it all works.
Are items made to order?
Yes. Every piece is printed on demand, just for you — nothing sits in a warehouse. That means less waste, and it also means we can offer a wide range of designs without overproducing. It does add a little time before shipping (see below).
How long does shipping take?
Because orders are made to order, they print and pack in about 3–7 business days, plus transit time on top. You'll get a shipping-confirmation email with tracking the moment your order leaves the print facility. We currently ship within the United States.
Are your designs AI-assisted?
Yes, and we say so plainly. Our designs are original and created with AI assistance — typography and artwork generated and then refined by hand for print. We disclose this here, on our About page, and on every listing wherever we sell. Nothing is mass-market clip art.
What sizes do you offer, and how do they fit?
Our tees are the unisex Bella+Canvas 3001 in sizes S through 3XL, with a relaxed unisex fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a fitted look, size down. Full measurements are on our size guide.
What's your return and refund policy?
If your order arrives misprinted, defective, or wrong, we'll replace it free — no return shipping, no cost to you — just email us within 30 days with a photo. Because items are printed on demand specifically for you, we can't accept change-of-mind or wrong-size returns, so please check the size guide before ordering.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can change or cancel an order only before it enters production, which is usually a short window after you order. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best.
Are you affiliated with AA, NA, or a recovery program?
No. Milestone & Co. is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, or any recovery program. Recovery phrases and chip motifs are offered as generic recovery sentiment, and we make no medical or treatment claims. Our products are apparel and keepsakes that celebrate a milestone — that's all.
How do you handle my privacy?
We collect as little as possible and never sell your information. We use your details only to produce and ship your order, and we email you only if you explicitly opt in. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
