Misprints, defects, or the wrong item

If your order arrives misprinted, defective, or not what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement — no return shipping, no cost to you. Just email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Change of mind or wrong size

Because every item is printed on demand specifically for you, we can't restock or resell returns, so we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns. Please check the size guide before ordering — and if you're unsure, reach out and we'll help you pick.

Order changes & cancellations

We can change or cancel an order only before it enters production (usually a short window after you order). Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best.
